Anti-hallucination engineering
The model doesn't get the final word on anything that matters.
Structured output, not free text
Lead and ticket scoring uses forced tool-use: the model has to return schema-shaped data, not free text the code then tries to parse. A deterministic validator on top rejects impossible combinations.
Can't say confirmed unless it is
The bot cannot tell a customer their order is placed or cancelled unless a real backend action actually happened.
Bank details and links, locked down
Bank details are stripped from outbound messages automatically, and links the bot can send are restricted to an allow-list.
Won't call a lead cold too early
A time-aware rule stops the scoring system from marking a lead as gone cold before a minimum real-world waiting period, regardless of what the model alone would guess.
The scoring system was fabricating data. We caught it before a client did.
One deployment's evaluation process runs an LLM-as-judge audit on top of the scoring system itself. During one of those audits, it found that the hourly scoring job was inventing prices and dates roughly half the time instead of returning what was actually in the conversation.
The root cause was the model returning free text that the code then tried to parse, exactly the failure mode most bot-scoring setups have and never check for. The fix was moving that job to forced tool-use: the model has to return schema-shaped data, and a deterministic validator on top rejects anything that doesn't add up.
That fix is now standard across every build, not a one-off patch.
Why one dedicated setup per client
Your data doesn't sit next to anyone else's.
Your own bot process
Not a shared worker pool. Each client's bot runs as its own process.
Your own database
Conversations, contacts, and orders live in a database that's exclusively yours, not a shared multi-tenant table.
Your own WhatsApp number
Every deployment gets its own WhatsApp Business number, issued through Meta's official Cloud API.
No unofficial workaround
The official Cloud API means no risk of the connection being cut off the way an unofficial WhatsApp integration can be.
Arabic, handled properly
Mixed Arabic and Latin text doesn't scramble.
Most WhatsApp bot tooling breaks this. A contact name or message that mixes Arabic and Latin script renders correctly here, right to left where it should be, without a special mode or a separate build.
